- Assisted in negotiating and structuring the acquisition and planned conversion of the Strand, a 28-story luxury apartment tower on the banks of the St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida, to a 295-unit for-sale luxury condominium community; including all related corporate entity documents.
- Assisted in closing a $10 million line of credit to finance the acquisition of a 242-acre resort and marina in Ohio.
- Assisted in closing a $14.5 million acquisition and development loan, and a $17.5 million construction loan, to a developer to finance the acquisition, development and construction of a 22-building, 344-unit mixed-use development.
- Assisted a regional retail operation in connection with the sale and leaseback with its one million square foot warehouse/distribution center.
- Structure, negotiate and close a variety of stock and asset-based business acquisitions and sales for diversified clients.

- Handles numerous probate and guardianship administration proceedings on behalf of various individuals.
