Notable Client Work
• Assisted in negotiating and structuring the acquisition and planned conversion of the Strand, a 28-story luxury apartment tower on the banks of the St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida, to a 295-unit for-sale luxury condominium community; including all related corporate entity documents.
• Assisted in closing a $10 million line of credit to finance the acquisition of a 242-acre resort and marina in Ohio.
• Assisted in closing a $14.5 million acquisition and development loan, and a $17.5 million construction loan, to a developer to finance the acquisition, development and construction of a 22-building, 344-unit mixed-use development.
• Assisted a regional retail operation in connection with the sale and leaseback with its one million square foot warehouse/distribution center.
• Structure, negotiate and close a variety of stock and asset-based business acquisitions and sales for diversified clients.
• Represents business owners in the structuring and formation of a variety of business entities.
• Handles numerous probate and guardianship administration proceedings on behalf of various individuals.
• Designs and implements a wide variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
