• Represented the buyer in negotiating a $300 million purchase contract for the acquisition of a 2,200 unit, six property Class A multi-family residential portfolio and supervised related due diligence.
• Represented South Florida’s largest furniture retail company in structuring and closing multiple credit facilities with their financial institutions in excess of $100 million, including the structuring of a tax free sale and lease-back transaction with subsidiary.
• Represented Starwood Hotels in the sale of multiple hotel properties in South Florida.
• Represented a national retail store chain in its acquisition of business units throughout the Southeast United States and conducted all due diligence in connection with multiple real estate sites.
• Represented large real estate developer in connection with its acquisition and due diligence of the Miami Free Trade Zone.
• Represents clients in acquisition and non-recourse conduit financing of multi-family residential properties, warehouses and self-storage facilities throughout the Southeastern United States.
